There was a person who devoted his life to music and art, the light behind us, Fr Abel, We devote everything belong us, to Abelachan. Art doesn’t have any boundaries. Father is a person who knows that. We learned everything from him. Still he is being lived with us by the principles he taught, by the ways he had shown. Just like Jesus Christ has come for the whole humanity, it appears in true sense Father was also for everybody irrespective of any caste, creed or religion, which was his beauty.
SOBY GEORGE- The man who leading Fr. Abel's Kalabhavan orchestra now , was born to Late Khora George and Mrs. Chinnamma George of Kakkanattu family in Nellimattom. He has been kick-started his artistic career through his parish church choir, after learning Tabala from the veteran Tabalist Mr. Babu Uriliyanikkal. It was late Fr. Joseph Kakkuzhy and the teacher Sr. Payus SD, who has inspired him.
For Soby it was the turning point in his life at his 14 years, when he started associating with Fr.Abel of Kalabhavan
